Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) before entry information is sent.

Property Access

  • Wood burning fire-pit is located down a steep walkway by the picnic table and river.
  • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March. Chains may also be necessary to access the property in winter months.

Policies and Rules

  • CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking allowed inside or outside the home.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
  • Dogs welcome $25/night per dog plus tax. Max of 4 dogs. Mature, well-trained dogs only.

  • Free parking available on site.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Internet is currently satellite-based with a monthly data cap. It is adequate for checking emails and general web browsing but should not be used for streaming, videos, or gaming activities. Depending on your phone carrier, your cell phone signal may or may not work in this location. Verizon is the best coverage here. If your wireless plan supports it you can use your phone's data as a hotspot.
  • Kitchens are stocked with cooking basics, utensils, and starter paper products: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few dishwasher detergent tablets, laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths. These are enough for one or two nights. Hair dryers are not provided. Towels and linens are provided.
